Field Notes

Description:

A jumping spider about 12 mm long with a large smooth brown abdomen with faint patterns and pointy rear end. Cephalothorax was a dark brown with white margin. Palps were covered with setae. Legs were a pale brown.
Some similarity between this spider and the one in the previous spotting - this could be a female, perhaps.

Habitat:

Suburban garden

Notes:

Will look for an ID. Haven't found a match as yet.
