Distinctive groud-like plant with large leaves. No flowers or gourds present

Over a mile into the trail at Spring Hammock Preserve

Pretty sure this is an Okeechobee Gourd because it is listed here http://www.seminolecountyfl.gov/parksrec/pdf/SHP_Final.pdf as being in the preserve and it was pretty far into the trail
