Description:
Around 35 cm (14 in) in length, grey-brown honeyeater with red eyes, distinctive pinkish-red wattles either side of the neck and white streaks on the chest and belly, which reveals a bright yellow patch towards the tail. The sexes are similar in plumage.
Habitat:
Mostly see them near by my house. They do land in trees in my yard but not for long generally. Photos here are in a eucalypt planted by the council in front of my house
