Description:

The blue dasher grows up to 23 - 43 mm long. The males are easy to recognize with their vibrant blue color, yellow striped thorax, and metallic green eyes.

Habitat:

Ponds, lakes marshes, and bogs. Can be found anywhere there is still water.
