Could also be Polyporus tuberaster, which has a more central stem, but the cap scales do look very P. squamosus.

This looks like it is probably some dryad's saddle (Polyporus squamosus). A little unusual of a specimen with such a pronounced stem. Here is a link to a similar specimen: http://mushroomobserver.org/142113?q=212GW
