Field Notes

Description:

Another beauty (and a lifer for me) brought from our Jura range tops, unfortunately not the best shots... I didn't even recognize it through the camera, as I had to work fast trying to capture few different birds sitting and moving in different trees... and all of this from far away... Small passerine, of light colours mainly grey, yellow and white; sparrow sized and resembling serin at first glance.

Habitat:

Edges of montane coniferous forests, and adjacent pastures and rocky terrains.
