Field Notes

Description:

Soft white patches of fungus, about 40 mm wide, broadly adherent to wood. The upper margins showed shelving, were soft and in folds. The upper surface of the shelves were gelatinous. The fertile pore surface was a pale orange.

Habitat:

Spotted on a decaying damp eucalyptus log.

Notes:

Looking for an ID.
