Description:

This very large green iguana sauntered across my backyard and showed his dewlap (the flap of skin on his neck) either to impress me into mating with him or to scare me off. He was over 6 feet long with a very heavy mid-section.

Habitat:

Backyard along an inland fresh water canal in western Boca Raton, FL
