Description:

I'm not sure of the ID but after staring at photos of various crayfish found in this state, I think this is the species.

Habitat:

Temporary mud hole where a tree stump used to be; Mason Farm Biological Reserve, There is a creek nearby so I'm guessing they moved there from the creek.
