Thx for all the comments! I will look up into katydid nmyph for sure! :)
It could be a type of bush-cricket.
or maybe the insect went thru a moult?
I don't know very much about entomology, especially in your range, but this is a katydid nymph for sure -- I can't think of anything else it could possibly be. As to the colour... it could be normal for the species, but I'd guess albinism if I had to. Very cool insect in any case.
