Description:

Brown underside and black top mushroom growing on a dead tree. I would guess the first two photos show the young and the last two the matured mushroom.

Decidious tree forest

Well the inside of the first is black, so If they are the same, one could be covered in miss or fungi, or something.
Thanks chesterbperry for the ID, it must be the same because at least in Denmark we don't have other species of that genus.
It looks really like Black Cup Mushroom/Fungi
Another great find Fared, I am not entirely convinced the last two photos are same species, maybe someone more experienced will chime in.
