Field Notes

Description:

Yellow flowers, grows about knee-high. Flowers don't cut well for arrangements.

Habitat:

Garden in a temperate rain forest.

Notes:

Flowers don't cut well for arrangements, as they drop the petals pretty quickly. It's not invasive in my garden, but prefers renewed soil so tends to die out in its original location and thrive in a place I threw the weeded-out plants.
