The wings of this Dragonfly are beautiful. Spotted near a pond. Possible Gray Petaltail: clear wings and yellow spotted.

Doreen, it looks like it has recently morphed from nymph to adult, which is why the wings look whitish. I can see some yellow and black patches on the wings but they are not as clear yet as they could be (the wings need to dry more).
