Carabidae, Lebiinae, Lebiini, Pericalus depressus, I would say. The subgenus would be Coeloprosopus, so the complete ID would be Pericalus (Coeloprosopus) depressus. http://carabidae.org/taxa/pericalus-ws-macleay-1825
