Description:

With its white tail flying in the air like a flag, it is pretty hard to think of this as a black-tailed deer!

Habitat:

She must have been sleeping in her day bed really near the trail because as I walked through the grass field, I stopped to take a photo of a butterfly and she jumped out of the grass very near to me. Once I calmed down, I got a few good photos!
