Field Notes

Description:

A small, really dainty little insect. It kind of scurried along the handrail, looking like a moving piece of cotton fluff. When my finger got too close it flew directly up, very quickly almost the same way that a grasshopper springs away.

Habitat:

Low level forest, just outside of an inhabited area.
