Field Notes

Description:

Captured from the 2nd instar caterpillar which was about 7mm in length, which is the last pic in the series. It grew in size to about 35mm in length and now here we have the pupa!. All of them were captured on the host tree called the False Ashoka tree or Mast tree except for the pupa. Though we missed the pupation we hope to view the emerging butterfly!

Habitat:

False Asoka tree
