Nymphalidae, Nymphalinae, Nymphalini, Symbrenthia lilaea and according to your location it looks like being Symbrenthia lilaea khasiana. Please, verify the subspecies! Otherwise you take Northern Common Jester and Symbrenthia lilaea as ID. But the lolcation and phenotype looks quite good for Symbrenthia lilaea khasiana.
