Tettigoniidae, Katydid, most probably Phaneropterinae. Do you have other pictures from the whole katydid or any details? We should see the shape of the "tail" and proportions and some more details like the color of the legs, knees, eyes and antennae. But even with those details it is not easy to get closer. Could be a Scudderia sp. or Microcentrum sp. or some others.
