Description:

the wings are black with 2 wing stripes. there were about 6 total all like this, bright yellow with blue feet.

large grassland/ open areas

sorry i forgot to update this spotting. i decided that it was a female orchard oriole with berries on her beak(giving it a pink effect) and other photos of her showed that the angle she was perched in made her beak look rounder and less curved. and the reason she looked so small was because sometimes when birds aren't in a group they look bigger or smaller.
That's a tough one, I can't really think of any birds that match that description other than an Orchard Oriole. Could it possibly be an Oriole fledgling?
