Description:

Large fly-like insect. About 1-1.25 inches in length. Sharp, forked proboscis.

Habitat:

Spotted in forested terrain with various sandy formations.

Notes:

Great find. This insect can take down wasps, bees , grasshoppers and other robber flies. Injects venomous saliva with proboscis
