Field Notes

Description:

This is a male of Crimson Marsh Glider that i found on the small plant in my backyard. This male dragonfly is dark rosy pink in color, and the female one has a dull brownish yellow color with a tinge of pink patches in some parts of the body. The size of this dragonfly is about 30 mm in length.

Habitat:

- Spotted on the small plant in my backyard. Usually, it can be found in weedy tanks and ponds, marshes, channels, and slow flowing streams and rivers in the lowlands and mid-hills.
