Noctuidae, Xyleninae, Omphaloscelis lunata.
Thanks, they have differences but they also have a lot of varieties between the individuals so makes it hard. I will check it again tomorrow.
I checked Insects of Britain and Western Europe (I happen to have it in pdf) and there were two similar species: The Gothic (Naenia typica) and Feathered Gothic (Tholera decimalis), though they look similar, there are many differences, but maybe that will help you find the right species! ;)
