Merci Emilie, happy to be in Gif...I'm surprised how green and beautiful it is. Almost like living in a mountain :)
Wonderful spotting, and welcome to Gif-sur-Yvette, Faredin!
Thank you everyone! Yes, Daniele...from now on I need missions that are for french spottings and this part of Europe so thanks a lot.
cats is short form for caterpillar :)
Congratulations on your 1000th spotting Faredin! You already have 5 missions selected for this spotting but if you're interested we have a local mission for the Île-de-France area: http://www.projectnoah.org/missions/16927789
Happy 1000! and very pretty spotting chosen for it! :-)
wow ,you do have lovely cats here!
Congrats on your 1000th spotting Faredin! Beautiful photo.
Wunderbar! :) but I like this colour the best, it's so juicy! :)
I took both photos during a dark day so I used flash for both so there shouldn't be much difference. I think this one was bigger and also had more color. I think they differ in color by age, they can even get some kind of red color. http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buchen-Streckfuß
It looks like this one has more hair! :) differences in colour are due to the lighting, not because this caterpillar is brighter, right? In the photo this one really looks more beautiful! ;)
Sintija, thanks! This one looked more beautiful than the one I found in Denmark :)
Thanks Cindy and Jemma! I found some before this one so it's not the first one.
Very beautiful 1000th spotting! Congratulations! (>‿◠)
congrats! Is this also your first spot from France! Welcome to France.
