Species ID Suggestions

Make that Dendrotettix quercus, Post Oak Grasshopper. :-)
I think this may actually be a species of grasshopper. There are a couple of species options. I feel this looks closest to a Post-oak Grasshopper. They only grow very short wing-buds. They have been reported from Arkansas. Here is a reference from BugGuide.net: http://bugguide.net/node/view/285606/bgimage http://bugguide.net/node/view/324739
Thank you for helping with identification. I looked up images and am still on the fence. It's tail looks a little longer and curls up over its back like a scorpion. I know it jumps high, lol.
Looks like a Tettigoniidae, katydid nymph.
