Description:

About 2-3mm in lengths. Planthopper ?

Habitat:

I found this insects when I was sweeping floor. I thought it was a dust until it hopped at least 20cm in height & 20cm in distance.

Yes planhopper nymph. Fulgoroidea. It needs to develop more. Very pretty though.
