Description:

Prairie smoke hidden beneath a compass plant in the native garden at Prairieview Education Center. I almost did not see it but was stunned by the beauty of this plant when I did notice it swaying in the breeze.

Habitat:

Native plant garden bordered by prairie at Prairieview Education Center in Crystal Lake, IL.
