Description:

Large monarch caterpillar from the original pioneers (over winterers) In Iowa there are 4 generations of monarch offspring.

Habitat:

This one had eaten all of his milkweed expect 2 leaves and some of the flowers. Monarchs can only be raised on milkweed (Asclepias sps.)

First of the year!!!
