Wonder if those appendages are egg sacs or appendages that help it breathe on land....looks like polychaete and nudibranch and caterpillar all rolled into one. Very interesting. Hope to see an ID soon.

First thought was a jewel caterpillar, but I don't think so... Very interesting!
