The scientific ID should be Edessa cf. leucogramma, since it is not confirmed.

Definitely not Edessa collaris. There are too many similar species around, so a proper species ID is probably not possible without genital dissection/DNA. The closest I found would be Edessa leucogramma, so I suggest to take Edessa cf. leucogramma as scientific ID. Common name should be Stink Bug or Edessa Stink Bug as a compromise.
