Field Notes

Description:

Order: Asparagales > Family: Orchidaceae. With as many native orchids as Florida has I find it odd that I never actually see any in the wild. This was an exception as I stumbled into this one on the side of the road on SR 65, considered by many to be Florida's best road for wildflowers.
