Description:

Cardinals are some of North America's most beloved feeder birds. Everyone knows that. But why? Is it because of their bright plumage and stylish crests? Is it because of their familiar call? We may never know the true answer, but one thing is for certain: Northern cardinals will remain a beloved backyard bird for years to come.

Habitat:

I saw this cardinal in a tree in my backyard.
