Description:

The Big Blue Lilyturf is known for being a very robust plant, being able to survive in virtually any condition. This plant grows to around 1 foot tall. In the spring it blooms spikey lilac flowers. Around August the Big Blue Lilyturf will start to produce a dark blue / black berries. The berries are not edible but can be used to harvest more plants. This plant is typically used for landscape borders.

Habitat:

Grown in average, medium, well-drained soils in full sun to part shade. However, prefers moist, fertile soils in part shade. Tolerates wide range of light and soil conditions as well as heat, humidity and drought.
