Description:

Also known as the Brown noddy, because of the bronze tinge to its otherwise charcoal gray colored feathers. The largest of the noddies. Brown noddies have a highly disorganized nest, located in a low-to-the-grown bush, in which they usually lay a single egg.

Habitat:

Coral Sea island.

It was a little slice of paradise, Mark. We spent seven days on the island, in a upscale tent. Snorkeled at least twice a day. These birds were literally everywhere. The noise was incredible.
