Should be Adelpha aricia. That was a really hard one. Very similar to Adelpha alala negra from exactly your area:

But the orange patches are slightly different, so I looked up Adelpha aricia which seems in my eyes to be the better match:

I cannot tell you the subspecies, there are at least 3 and maybe some undescribed ones in Peru.
