Field Notes

Description:

Saw two of them the same day. Never saw one before but the range narrowed down the species. The reddish brown color, long tail and the shorter bill then the other Thrasher species in the area came to the Brown Thrasher. I caught a glimpse of the streaked brown over white underside as it flew to the fence rail.

Habitat:

This species seems to not mind the urban areas.
