Field Notes

Description:

Wood frogs range from 2.0 in to 2.8 in in length. Females are larger than males. Adult wood frogs are usually brown, tan, or rust colored, and usually have a dark eye mask. Individual frogs are capable of varying their color.

Notes:

It was small - about 2.5 cm. Also, it had some white fluffy stuff on it - looks kind of like an aphid near it's jaw. It was very sluggish and wouldn't hop away.
