Description:

This is a male of Common Parasol that i found on the small plant in my backyard. This male dragonfly is in red color, but the female is rather dull brown/yellow in color. The size of this dragonfly is about 30 mm in length.

Habitat:

- Spotted on the small plant in my backyard. Usually, it can be found in weedy tanks and ponds, marshes, channels, and slow flowing streams and rivers in the lowlands and mid-hills.
