Field Notes

Description:

Perennial herb of woodland ridges, grassland and shady hedge banks. It grows up to 20 cm. The flowers are blue violet with diameters up to 25 mm.
It flowers from April to June.

Habitat:

It is found in all soils except acid or very wet. Spotted on a pine tree and oak forest. Parque Nacional de Sierra de Guadarrama
