Hi Ivan! This is not a dragonfly (suborder Anisoptera), but a damselfly (suborder Zygoptera). Damselflies mostly hold their wings at rest along and parallel to the body, as seen here, whereas most dragonflies at rest hold their wings perpendicular to their body. Also, the eyes on a damselfly are apart, whereas in most dragonflies the eyes touch. I hope someone else can help you further with the ID.
