Lacordaire's Stag Beetle

Male of Lacordaire's Stag Beetle - Odontolabis lacordairei, can be much larger in size up to 9 cm in size. Elytra is mostly brown to yellowish colour.

This Stag Beetle was attracted by light at nigh to the Park building. I saw it lying upside down on the floor, struggling and decided to take it outside and was stabbed by the sharp stag which draws blood.
