Description:

Unlike true Solomon's Seal, this flowers at the tip of the plant rather than hanging down along the stalk. It can be used for medicinal purposes and also the young shoots for food

Habitat:

Robinson Woods. Dominated by white pine, red oak and hemlock trees with lots of False Solomon's Seal in the understory
