Description:

The male has mainly black plumage, apart from a bright red throat, belly and wing epaulets, and a white supercilium.

Habitat:

River bank, Caatinga

Notes:

The photo is not good but it was the only one that I could take.
The translation of this birds name from portuguese is English policeman from the south
