It was at a feeder.

well vireos do have wing bars. unfortunately I'm not familiar with a lot of the birds on your side of the rocky mountains so I can't help much.
I recall that it was feeding alongside 3 lesser goldfinches.
No, it flew away before I could take more. I think it's a vireo.
I would love some help identifying this bird!
