I'm pretty sure it's an Argostemma. Usually when you come across a "Rubiaceae that looks like Solanaceae", Argostemma is a safe bet! No guess on the species, https://www.flickr.com/photos/zaharil/14751131283/in/pool-520990@N24 is very different but has a similar scale.
The flowers look quite insignificant until you look at them closely ..
