Description:

It is considered the largest wolf spider in North America.The spider has a length of about 23 mm.The spider was found under a wood plank, later figured out that it just shedded.The spider has no venom and can not harm any humans, but an arthropod will make a good meal.The spider was a male and was resting on a leaf as i first saw it but then later ran away in the grass.

Habitat:

Under a wood plank.

Notes:

It was a male that just shedded to the largest size possible of this species.
