Description:

I found this attached to a tree above a pile of mushrooms. It looks like an egg sack but I'm not quite sure. It was found in a shady woody area.

Habitat:

The woods attached to a tree. It was damp and shady.

No, no water below or nearby. Plus I think it is why too high up on a the tree but I could be wrong.
