Description:

Lots of web meshed together in the crevice of a tree. No idea of the spider who built it.

Habitat:

Semi rural Backyard in Thirlmere.

Hi Kerry, if the spotting is a "sign" rather than the organism, it goes in the same category as whatever made, left or is represented by the "sign". There is a mission that pertains too: http://www.projectnoah.org/missions/7208491 As far as the category "Other", that is for organisms (or their signs) that don't fit into the, err, other categories, like a starfish (see icon), squid, snail, worm, and many, err, others. It isn't for "unknown", although in many other contexts (outside of PN), this would seem to be the place for it. :-)
Thanks Scott, I wasn't sure because there was no actual spider in the photo.
