A spider with a distinct stripe...well very common

Habitat:

Any nook where a web can be made

Notes:

The spider traps its prey using the sticky strands in its web.It doesn't
get stuck in its own web because only SOME strands are sticky;fancy footing helps it stay off the sticky ones
