Description:
The tree swallow is 5-6" (13-15cm) in size. Blue green in the spring and greener in fall. Appears to change color in direct sunlight. White belly, notched tail and pointed wing tips.
Habitat:
This tree swallow was perched on a telephone wire but saw several flying out over the pond at Muddy Run Park in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
